PHARMACOVIGILANCE
At Healthcare we work to provide excellence in our supplements for customers. Part of the activities we carry out is pharmacovigilance, which consists of accompanying our clients from the moment they purchase the supplement, to verify that they do not present any adverse reaction and/or event attributable to the consumption of the supplement, damage is prevented, and benefits are maximized.
What is pharmacovigilance?
It is the science and activities related to drug safety, for the detection, evaluation, understanding and prevention of adverse reactions or any other health problem related to drugs or vaccines and thus ensure that the benefit-risk relationship is favorable to what throughout the life cycle of the drug.
What are adverse effects?
They are unwanted and unintentional reactions caused by the use of a product; however, they do not necessarily have a causal relationship with the treatment and sometimes cause discomfort.
What is adverse reaction?
It is that response, unwanted and unintentional, that occurs after the administration of a medication, at a commonly used dose.
Importance of pharmacovigilance
Prior to the marketing of any product, clinical studies are carried out, however, some of these are not carried out in conditions in which the product is used. Therefore, it is important to consider a Pharmacovigilance system as essential to identify possible adverse reactions and prevent harm to patients.

All adverse events, adverse reactions or therapeutic ineffectiveness that occur when consuming the products must be reported.
